TriGem Solutions (P) Ltd. is committed to making trigemsolutions.com accessible and usable for the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. This statement outlines what we do, where we fall short, and how to tell us when something is not working for you.
1. Conformance target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, published by the W3C. WCAG 2.1 AA is widely referenced by accessibility laws and guidelines, including the EU Web Accessibility Directive and Section 508 of the US Rehabilitation Act.
2. What we have done
- Semantic HTML — pages use proper headings, landmarks, lists and form labels so assistive technology can navigate the structure.
- Keyboard navigation — all interactive elements are reachable and operable with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
- Skip link — a “Skip to content” link is the first focusable element on every page.
- Colour contrast — text and meaningful UI elements meet WCAG AA contrast ratios in both light and dark themes.
- Reduced motion — animations and parallax effects respect the
prefers-reduced-motionsetting. - Responsive type — body text never falls below 16px and scales
fluidly using
clamp()so it remains readable when zoomed. - Image alternatives — informative images have descriptive
alttext; decorative images are markedaria-hidden. - Form accessibility — the contact form uses associated labels, explicit input types, error messaging, and CSRF protection.
3. Known limitations
We are honest about what is not yet ideal:
- The 3D card hero on the homepage uses transforms that, while visually rich, may be heavy on older devices. Reduced-motion users see a calmer version automatically.
- Some illustrative imagery is decorative only and intentionally not described to screen readers.
- External resources (linked partner websites such as Vista Konnect and Edjobster) are outside our control; their accessibility is the responsibility of those sites.
We continue to improve the Site as we learn of issues.
4. Compatibility
The Site is designed to work with the latest two versions of major desktop and mobile browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge), and with mainstream assistive technologies including NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver and TalkBack.
5. Tell us when something doesn’t work
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on the Site — missing alt text, a focus trap, unreadable contrast, content that doesn’t scale — please tell us. Include the page URL, the device or assistive technology you are using, and a short description.
- Email: contact@trigemsolutions.com
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days and to fix critical issues as a priority.
6. Formal status
This statement was prepared by the TriGem Solutions team. It is a self-assessment based on internal review and automated testing; we have not commissioned a third-party audit at this time. We will revise this statement when the Site changes meaningfully or when we identify additional issues.
